I am so excited to have selected Spencer’s company to fix up my landscaping! He was super chill and suggested ideas for my yard. It turned out fantastic and I will always use this company to help me with my yard. By the way, Spencer’s team also take care of irrigation systems which I needed. Spencer and his crew did amazing landscape work on our house! Spencer walked us through the entire process, gave suggestions, and even asked for our input. From initial contact to completion of the job, took only a few days! He was very friendly, professional, and responded to my emails/texts quickly, and as most of us know, that’s hard to come by these days. I never do reviews. Never. Spencer, however, was so exceptional in his work ethic and speed that I felt i’d be doing an injustice in not recommending him. I was shocked at how fast I got my quote and how fast the work was completed. He did a big job at my house and his crew finished it in less than a half-day! Mr. Sommer and crew are AWESOME! I found them after another landscaper bailed on us to redo our front and rear landscape. Mr. Sommer came the next day to look over our plan and offer advice as to the plantings we selected. He actually suggested a bit more color and we went with it. This being a moderate sized redo he broke it up into a two day job. The crew was punctual, polite and ready. They knocked out the entire job as scheduled. He went beyond and trimmed the existing trees and bushes not included in his proposal. He also repaired a cut irrigation line (by the curbing company, not detailed landscape). FANTASTIC COMPANY!
Spencer and his company was truly a saving grace for me. I cannot say enough “I WAS LUCKY TO FIND THEM.” I had many unreliable lawn companies that I trusted to maintain my lawn and they all scammed me. Not Detail Landscape. They come weekly and do BEYOND what I hired them for. I’m so grateful for this company because I know my lawn will be taken care of, I should never expect anything from my HOA (except lawn of the month 🥰), and overall I can trust my home is in good hands. I wanted a tree removed and a beautiful plumeria tree installed, Spencer was at the nursery that day and planted it the very next at a VERY REASONABLE COST. Amazingly reliable company and I will forever be loyal. Very very thankful!

Spencer was professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. During our consultation meeting he listened to our ideas, made recommendations and helped us fined tune the design we desired. He and his team arrived promptly and did an outstanding job explaining things to us. The crew was very dedicated in their work and did a great job of cleaning up our yard, as well. Spencer made excellent choices in picking out high quality plants and the overall price was very fair. While I have used other landscaping and lawn care services in the past Detail is by far and away the best.
From start to finish the process was professional and painless. Spencer was immediately responsive with initial communication and on site visits for the estimate process. He listened patiently learning my plans and desires for the two beds I wished to replace. His recommendations were spot on with my goals and his pricing fair and competitive. His understanding of the environment and appropriate plants for my areas are impressive.
The quality of the work transforms his pricing from fair to exceptional as the value of plants, surfacing materials and quality of installation creates far greater value than merely examining the price. From start (initial contact) to completion of the entire project was 8 days. This included removal and replacement.

Spencer with Detail Landscape was true to his word. He arrived on time and presented me with a detailed quote of the landscape job. His ideas were innovative and smart for the climate in my area. Spencer recommended a palm in one area of the yard and it literally has brought new life to that side of the yard. I moved my lounge chair to be by the palm. The job was done in time, looked fabulous and there were NO hidden costs. Dependable and reliable, I have counted on this company for over 4 years. It is sometimes difficult to have your lawn requirements met by a yard service. Detail Landscape service is timely and always willing to accommodate the needs of the customer, even after a storm. They provide varied landscape services, and are helpful with referrals
on the few areas they may not cover. My work keeps me busy and I travel, what I don’t do, is concern myself with the yard. I may forget to turn off the water, but they never forget my yard. It’s nice to take that off my “to-do” list, especially in the summer heat. The owner is easy to contact and quick to accommodate when possible.
